Shipping policy

 

All art is made to order in our working studio in Dallas. There is no order minimum. 

RETAIL ORDERS:  We offer free shipping within the contiguous US on all retail orders.

TRADE ORDERS:  Shipping is free to all contiguous US addresses on orders over $2,000, with a flat rate of $175 for orders under $2,000.

Lead time and shipping time will vary depending on the product and your shipping location. Information will be specified in each product description.

Our team works hard to update our site regularly to reflect the most accurate stock levels and estimated shipping times. Changes to the estimated shipping timeframe may occur due to production delays and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. 

 

ARTWORK

Our artwork is custom, made-to-order unless specified as Quick Ship inventory artwork. 

Production lead times are:
• Mixed Media Canvases (signed + embellished by the artist)  - 4-5 weeks
• Canvas Reproductions - 3 weeks

Please allow up to 7 business days after carrier pickup for transit, depending on your location.  Once your artwork leaves our Dallas studio, you will receive an automated email with a link to the tracking information.

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all artwork sales are final.  If you are unsure how art might look in your home, we recommend purchasing CANVAS SAMPLES.  These true-color 5" W x 8"H canvas samples can give you the best sense of color in any artwork. The purchase price of the samples is refundable with an artwork purchase within 90 days.
